About Wolf
The Wolf Range Company was founded in Los Angeles, California in 1934 by brothers Al and Hyman Wolf. They started out as a household range repair and rebuliding company ultimately reselling used ranges. After learning some of their equipment was being used in restaurants, they entered the commercial equipment industry. In 1938 they began manufacturing gas ranges, fryers, ovens, and griddles for the restaurant industry.
