I was stressed to find out my washer was not working and was not covered by my home warranty. I called ABA and they were able to get someone out on that same day. The part that was needed was not easy to find but they found one in North Austin somewhere and had it installed and me up an running within a couple of days. I appreciated their professionalism, customer service and their pricing was reasonable.

The only thing that would have made the experience better was if they had the part in stock and was able to get it repaired faster but that is probably asking a bit much.

We had a great experience with ABA Appliance–so much so that I felt compelled to write a review. They had been recommended by a friend so I gave them a call yesterday morning. I had a washing machine that made a horrible screeching noise then spilled water all over my floor. I needed help quickly. I called ABA and was told the technician would come between noon and 5:00. He came within the appointed time and began to do his work. He quickly found the cause of the problem and made the repair. A sock had migrated its way out of the tub into the tumbler. The cost was $45 (and I thought I was going to have to buy a new washer!) so I was delighted. I’m a Realtor and will definitely be recommending ABA Appliance to my clients.
